I believe the interview was a follow up interview from a previous interview and progress report, as they were discussing the increase in the administration levels and that there were no safety concerns with results being quite surprising, and Prof Fong pleasantly surprised by the results.

As for the airport, as someone mentioned, possibly gauge other investors, when the news drops people might look back and go, damn should have, or i seen that company. Or it might be a proud moment for the team when they step off their international flights from signing secretive multibillion dollar contracts....mystery.

I doubt they would be advertising in an airport, to sell an advertisement like a new soft drink brand though...but hey, could be wrong, but hopefully not.
