Hopper got diluted below sub holder status at RAD. He held 35% and he indicated to partially keep up with dilution to about 8% buying 75m shares at 4c totaling $3m. Unless there is another anns he has not participated in the RAD financial restructuring. That would mean he has given up control and will most likely be replaced as a chair by the much bigger sub holders. If so, that could be an indication for CHM and IMU as well. Maybe he steps down before getting voted out.
Time will tell.
