Same here with the shivers! I don't know enough about the rules to dispel this idea. But I witnessed something similar with CFO being run down and de-listed, where I now own 400,000 shares of not very much at all. The IP was sold off for a pittance and the now private entity just owns a few shares in other startups. Once bitten!
Hopefully the "Science" will save us, because I am not sure management give a toss about retail.
