Howdy plumvj. Dont take it all too seriously. Stand to be corrected. My recollection is that Bell unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances pretty much have a value ceiling circa twice current vwap . On that basis they probs think they are talking things upfollow the funnies and not the monies.
