Why not? He controls at least about 15% of IMU ( family, superfund, Mann family, management ) and maybe the few stakes of JPM and Vanguard. He knows that the 80% retail holders are too lazy to vote and the few who do won't be near enough to threaten him.
Unless retail, for God's sake, uses its voting power and sends a message. But like Putin's and Xi's election results, he will end up with 95% approval based on the 20% that voted for him and the 1% that voted against.
