Hey Steni,
You are spot on with how voting is conducted. If the Lazy Retail holders don't show up or send a proxy, then you've supported PH and his board, in having all resolutions passed. Whether it's his re-election or the remunerations for board members, non votes are counted as support for the resolutions.
In regards to this Orphan Status, and all new's looming- It really feels like May of 2021 all over again !
There's plenty of volume with someone dumping, whilst bargain hunters are snapping up the discounts. I know that if my draw wasn't full of shares, but more so IMUOE options, I'd be loading up as well !
