Ref the CHM ... We don't know what the answer is ....but it could well be the auditor sign off , as others have mentioned .
Like all R&D biotech companies ... and all others for that matter , there is the question of solvency based on historic cash burn . Those companies rely on funds . Perhaps there is a varying qualification etc etc ... . I've seen a few other companies de listed due to not meeting ASX compliance etc .
