Bav, you forgot to mention that they achieved the second strike on remuneration in three years. What this means is a) more than 25% shareholders do not approve of their pay rates in 2/3 years, and b) it’s considered a first strike this year which then means if it happens again at the next agm there will be a vote held to spill the board. What I fail to understand is why the board has approved such high salaries and bonuses in the face of widespread and sustained share holder disapproval, and an ongoing need for capital raises due to zero revenue. What on earth are the performance criteria over the last couple of years that trigger bonuses? The capital management at Imugene is in a truly disgraceful state and for that Paul Hopper is almost completely at fault. He has to go.
