It makes sense as CR at this share price will not get them far, share price needs to be atleast at 0.150 ish to make a good deal and get a lot of runway, my assumption is they will have some licensing deals soon ( similar to 200 mil capital raise last time around) and may be a similar investments like Mann's in comming months.. and may be CR if required when share price is in a solid state..
