Hopper still chairman but Lantheus & Co calling the shots, represented by a new director and current CEO/MD who has initiated the restructure.
If a similar restructure happens to IMU / CHM then I will re-enter, when the real big guys enter the stage and confirm that the assets are top notch and provide the funding. Plus, NASDAQ listing by end of '24 confirmed. Can only be beneficial as Lantheus is adding its big sh to the US register by withdrawing shares 1:200 from the ASX.
Hopper had planned a similar deal for CHM which fell over and no other party / ies jumped in - concerns for me, I sold out. IMU in a similar position like CHM. A RAD-style deal and I am back in, a Hopper-Style CR and it will become another CHM. That way we are back to square 1: It is all about data.

According to the June / July / August updates REGAL-clients actually haven't sold many, UBS-clients did the damage by about selling 50% - rough estimates based on what was announced. Maybe a forced seller. Hopper and CEO know who it is but did not comment on that - legal requirements.
