CHM was supposed to be the CAR-T vehicle, RAD the NUKKIE one and IMU B-cell and OV. But Azer-Cel changed IMU into a CAR-T play as well. What looked as the deal of the Millenium now becomes lengthy, costly, complicated. Both comps facing the same problems, finance getting harder to achieve. Hopper or whoever made that decision to take it to IMU got it wrong. CAR-T isn't the hottest thing anymore and now 2 out of 3 are bad.
CF33 and maybe B-cell could save IMU but that is still light years away, if ever. Azer-Cel's costs plus the milestone payments to Precision have made IMU sick. Time will tell whether it will die like CHM or survive.
