This is the problem I see with dosing such sick patients. There is no time to ride out this pseudo progression, if indeed that's what occurred, oncologists most likely panic and think they have to try something else. No time to wait and see if things get better.
I can only assume pseudo progression isn't widely understood?
Such a long road ahead, the sooner we can trial on 'healthier' patients the better.
