Interesting. This is quite a big makeover, not really the kind of spend that makes a lot of sense to my mind (somewhat like the billboards).
Design puts far more emphasis on what IMU are delivering rather than the investment case.
Not something necessarily to read into but like a lot of things around this company the question is - "Why".
