If things works out well for IMU, surely Biogen has the money to buyout or merge with Imu (much later down the track). I was rebutting a comment made on lowball offer. After secure funds for the trials for this year. Imu is not in a position to attract any lowball offers. Usually if a lowball offer is taking shape any where one will smell one of the two things 1 financial distress and 2 company's core business/strategy on shaky grounds. Imu doesn't fit the bill.
Any way taking of M&A's i would prefer the other Gen (Amgen). Purely becoz we have a history and company is much bigger than Biogen.
