IMU's trials have failed at almost every juncture. That's why they are terminated early and then scantily discussed.
It happens... it's drug development, after all. But serious questions need to be asked by regulators regarding the potential obfuscation of fact. Hopper dumping tens of millions of dollars worth of shares ~3 years ago and now only raising cash (at a 90% discount) via vulture capitalists doesn't stink, it reeks.
