You just said PH will block any JV or partnership deal as he see them as "cheap" value for assets early in the development phase which mean he prefer to do CR (even poor one) to advance the IP so there's a T/O for BP just like what happened to VLA which was T/O end of Ph2 clinical trial. VAXINIA has data which are usually seen close to Ph2 clinical trial, we need to see if this is the same for OASIS and Azer-Cel has a path to registrational clinical trial so IMU are advanced like VLA and not like CHM/RAD.
