This will be completed on the basis of 2 new shares for every 5 existing shares held by eligible shareholders. As anticipated by the request for a trading halt on 27 February 2025, the Company had intended to announce a capital raise. Per the request for voluntary suspension on 3 March 2025, these discussions were not completed at this time. To lift the voluntary suspension, the Company is announcing today the intention to undertake an entitlement offer.
