How so ? The funding arrangement is secured by a block of shares (about 2.3% of the company’s total shares). If the market value of Imugene’s shares were to fall significantly, the collateral’s value would also drop, also the agreement specifies that there are no automatic share price triggers like margin calls etc I dont think thats a issue here, the only issue if bank wants to have a bad rep with PH , the decline in share price might force a renegotiation of terms or lead the bank to require additional collateral. In a worst case scenario, this could lead to a forced sale of shares, if shorters are thinking at this level all the best, one good news will make them not look at shorting again
