I disagree - another 12-24 months they (ALLO) will be done...
Here's why -
1. ALLO are first line of therapy. Scoop up patients straight after first line (bigger pool, than IMU - doing third line)
2. They will take about 25% (MRD) of 50% of patients that go through first line (those with CR) after first line that have MRD (about 25%). This is a big number.
3. ALLO have 41 open sites recruiting right now (IMU have 21).
4. its a pivotal trail - meaning registrational.
@Taureanbull I think it is more than 10-20 - more like 50 patients - in a preso LC referenced another trial that had a rego trial and umet need, it had about 50 patients).
Consider it has taken IMU - 1 year (longer to get 10 patients). How long for 20 - 30? 3 years. They will not start the rego trial until 2026 - LC said this in latest preso. So start in 2026 - finish when? - early 2028/29.
