I think you're bang on the money. Oncarlytics is the merely the next IMU trial to move at a glacial pace... Why?
A few key points.
35 weeks to recruit the first IT combination patient (and this cohort still hasn't cleared).
40 weeks to recruit fully recruit cohort 1 of the IV combination arm (3-6 patients).
No efficacy data has been reported - IMU have repeatedly demonstrated that they fall over themselves to report efficacy data in their open label trials.
Trial not even half-way progressed to RP2D dose expansion cohort. At this rate Oncarlytics won't complete for ~3 years - how are they funding this?
You've got to wonder why this trial has recruited so poorly despite being conducted at the following major hospitals ($$$):
