20 months since the trial started, being conducted at some of the biggest research hospitals in the US and the farthest either arm has reached is 2nd dose cohort in IV combination. Cohort 1 of the IT combination arm was recruiting patients in March 2024, they still haven't advanced to the next cohort (i.e. they haven't managed to recruit 3-6 patients in 14 months).
Overall, ~a dozen patients recruited in 20 months across 8 trial sites. That's incredibly slow. Likely due to the fact they have failed to demonstrate efficacy (otherwise they would have reported it) and they are competing against hundreds of other P1 solid tumour trials.
