Agreed. The body is an amazing thing but often we need to hasten slowly. A lower dose may be the better dose. After all we are looking to just trigger an immune response, not necessarily to blast or 'fry' the cells. We can leave that to a Chemo treatment. Our Cholangiocarcinoma Cancer treatment is showing promise. It may not save all patients but any life saved is a positive. It will be interesting to see if the team do wind back the dosage. Stranger things have happened.
Again, we watch wait. Welcome to the world of biotech. Sometimes if feels like we are trying to save lives as slowly (but safely) as possible. 'primum non nocere' or 'First, do no harm'.
