Need two things for class action to work; 1) Solid evidence of wrong doing /misconduct 2) Enough wealth and equity in the company to pay the damages if they are found and held in litigation

Imugene management of the day controls 2).
Shareholders should remind themselves though that they hold the power to determine the Board. Personally I can’t see Paul Hopper surviving longer than this year unless there is a very large turn around. He’s on the nose and must ( will ) be held to account for the non performance of Imugene.
