It sounds as though you are too over-exposed. One needs to feel comfortable with your holdings.
One can soon panic and make bad decisions.
Times I have read on HC where people panic and sell out at a loss, just because they couldn't stand the stress any more. Or they panic buy to try to recover losses, leading to massive losses.
