@Odds&Evens1. Are you really struggling with today's "clarification" announcement? The reason the ASX asked for a "please explain" is because IMU made a declaration that its partnership with Celularity was
"price sensitive". And lets be clear, IMU meant price sensitive in a positive manner. Of course, we can all see that the price actually dropped on the announcement. Why? Because the market is sick of IMU announcing endless licence acquisitions, research partnerships and capital raises and either making no progress or snails progress with commercialising anything. HER-Vaxx Phase 1 trial was completed prior to 2013. EIGHT years and tens of millions of dollars later, it's still the only completed trial for HER-Vaxx.
So the ASX went back to IMU for clarification, because it's very rare that a company puts out a "positive price sensitive announcement" and sees its SP decline. And the result of the clarification? Nada. Why? Because the market has said, "yep, thought so, you've got nothing positive to report".
(And newbies, please save all the questions about whether its the ASX or the company that decides whether something is price sensitive - its the company).
2. "LC keeps things as factual as possible in written format. There is more excitement in presentations with the one liners that creep in from her US influence." Is that how you're going to accept it? You really didn't hear her saying (and including in written presentations) that HER-Vaxx PFS data would be presented in July then August, on multiple occasions between April and now?
@stocka"I follow your logic…..but can so many people be hoodwinked by spin?" They haven't. It takes a lot of un-hoodwinked people to knock $1b off a company's market cap in just over two months.

That's exactly my point. LC has stuffed up by making clear, repeated disclosures about the timing of reporting PFS, and has then taken it off the table with nothing more than a comment about "prudence". If its prudent now, then so it was in April - August, and of course LC knows this. So its not the real reason for the delay. What is the real reason? Who knows. But we do know that LC has caused this uncertainty which has - at least in part - resulted in the SP decline. Shareholders should call her out on this regardless of whether they bought at 1.8c or 45c.

Further evidence as to how on the market's nose LC's and PH's comments / management are. That's as close to a positive, price sensitive announcement that a CEO could make, without actually making an announcement. In itself it should have spiked the SP. Instead, all the market hears is "wolf".

Not when an investor approaches a company. And especially not when the company's CEO has stated clearly, on multiple, multiple occasions that IMU had no need to raise capital what with the current bank balance, r&d refunds and all those in-the-money options. I reckon you are well aware of this ... I also think suspect that IMU monitor these boards, so its in all our interests if long-term, well-informed shareholders like yourself, make objective criticisms of the Board and management when they make clear "mistakes" or when greed (and I'm referring the PH's stacking of the register with discount buddies who will approve his share issue) hurt other shareholders.
