Can't help but feel the same, we are now 22 days in since dosing and no word of any toxicity. From the announcement:
Extensive studies ofCF33-hNIS-antiPDL1 have been perform on TNBC cancer cells in tissue culture. As
few as 1 viral particle per 1000 tumor cellscan kill all cell lines tested by 2 weeks. In very susceptible
cell lines, complete cancer cell killing can occurwithin 1 week. Such effective cancer cell killing has also
been observed for pancreatic cancer cells,stomach cancer cells, lung cancer cells, ovarian cancer cells
and brain cancer cells in tissue culture.
There should already be some kind of indication of efficacy and I don't think Fong, Hopper, Chong etc would be as enthusiastic as they are right now if there was nothing. Fingers crossed!
