If IMU manage to actually achieve the goal of some sort of "cure" for cancer - or more precisely, a treatment that relegates cancer to a less severe treatable treatment for cancer, then you'd have to think a nobel prize would be warranted. Happened with polio and penicillin.
Time will tell anyway if the lofty goals can be achieved.
