Good point @stevouk. Will check that in future.
Interesting point raised was that the lift in the Dow came about as OMNICRON fears are receding. That should lead to a less choppy ide in the US markets - and that gets translated to a degree into how the ASX performs. That might off-set NASDAQ's poor performance. NASDAQ is largely a technology index and, when there is softnes in the technology stocks, it tends to drag down the other sectors listed on that index.
