Hi fattchoi,
Imagine Merck make an offer early next year around Feb and offered IMU $1.75 per share? Coincidence? I think most shareholders on IMU register will accept as its a quick 300%+ gain. I would be disappointed though knowing that Merck has picked up a great company for a low ball offer and all because the share price has been mispriced or kept artificially low.
