It likely just means an entrepreneur at work. If you have skills, coin, vision, time, why not have multiple pots on the stove. It is the ultimate form of networking that's for sure and if a benefit can be had for them thats win/win they likely would. However theyre probably stand alone opportunties and sometimes it better to not mix.
