Looking forward to seeing results on IMU Her-Vaxx gastric cancer trial.
Some news of interest to us & keeping in mind this trial was conducted in PREVIOUSLY treated patients (Trastuzumab or Chemo), with a median of 6 prior treatments. Median overall survival increased from 8.4 months to 12.5 months. Priority review has been granted with the FDA off the back of this Ph2 trial based in Asia (article below). Not without some significant side effects, Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) being of most concern (refer to trial results below) & important to read results for yourself rather than rely on articles alone. For new investors here, gastric ca is more common in the Asian population, and both Imugene & Big Pharma have been running trials there.
