Any deal making you’ll see a US corporate house appointed...at a guess it’s already Roth Capital who are covering the stock AND our US based Director Jens.
Jens being the ex MD of GSK’s Venture Capital arm would be very adept at pricing and negotiating a myriad of different types of deals.
