PH was setting up CHM to focus on Brain Cancer with the scorpion venom technology from CoH, CLTX CAR T - CHM 1101. But added CDH17, CHM 2101 and CORE-NK platform to it.
A merger could happen but I think there was a reason for setting up CHM and not adding the 3 pipelines straight to IMU. PH as well runs ALA and RAD with different technologies to fight cancer.
But as always, things can change at any time.
