i honestly sold half my shares a few weeks ago, and bought a new rental property with 25% down so at least that money is making money for me and I'm not paying PMI. its my Imugene House and will be making me money while IMU does its thing for me in the long run. they need to get back to the regular updates, I think the business officers are to blame vs LC. i would not be shocked if we saw them on the outs soon.
