“Within the 100 μg/dose cohort, one patient experienced an immune related pneumonitis after two IMU-201 administrations and discontinued from study treatment”
The number of patients that responded to the drug is fantastic but I’m wondering why no one has addressed this and makes me wonder whether it has much relevance. Would this be enough to make them decide on 50 as the OBD rather than 100 because of this?
