Investors should read what is going on in the relevant clinical space.
It is good news for patients that we have seen an improvement in OS & therapy for Her2+ breast cancer.
The other trial that blew my socks off was early, but all 18 patients achieved remission with no sign of tumour in colorectal cancer! That’s amazing!! Of course, this will need to be replicated in larger trials.
My surprise was on your post, that unless you have a highly functional crystal ball, then you don’t know that Enhertu will blow the results of current immunotherapy trials out of the water, until trial results are reported on, none of us do, but we can make an educated guess.
It’s far advanced in Ph3 with a large cohort, but that does not mean the be all and end all & a bit different from Herceptin, which was initially the comparator to Her-Vaxx when this trial started.
Like other monoclonal antibodies used in oncology, Enhertu comes with some serious potential side effects. & that is the awful thing about cancer treatment & QOL is also important. If we can develop treatments that can spare patients of life long organ damage & improve OS then fantastic (ie lung/cardiac damage)! Enhertu had a greater number of patients suffer AEs, but their OS was improved.

I’m sorry to hear that RAC boards are again being disrupted as per @Hotsock’s post, you must know by now I don’t agree with that sort of thing. I spent the time to post this on RAC boards a while ago & nothing has changed.
We are all on a mission here to improve cancer therapies, & in regards to the above RAC I know are targeting cardio-protection & Zantrene is of added benefit to chemotherapy protocols.
You guys had some great results there in a very difficult to treat refractory AML patients & that is great news for RAC & the patients, albeit a small trial in an orphan designated cancer (small Ph2 trials in Orphan disease are perfectly fine).
I’m not sure if some on IMU would realise that Her2+ GEJ is considered an orphan indication in the USA? It isn’t in Asia as far more common there…Cancer is unfortunately sometimes determined by our genes, not just our environment or lifestyle.
IMU are developing a safer (less toxicity) alternative targeting Her2 & OS is still waiting to be reported on & final trial results for Her-Vaxx.
This trial has now been running for 5 years come August 2022. So you can imagine that we are really hanging out to receive news on final trial & OS results.
The stock price drops & people lose their minds Kron. Whatever you choose to be invested in, now is not the time to be losing sight of each companies goals & taking onboard negativity from others when the FA hasn’t changed, just my thoughts.
Just do your own thing, invest to your own needs, trial successes will speak for themselves. Have a great weekend all, it’s been a tough week.
