Exactly. Mimotopes will provide the precursor molecule (if that’s the correct term) that has will flag the bodies own cells to interpret it then create antibodies that will fight cancer cells that have a similar flag. So yes, completely different mechanism.
As monoclonal are synthetic antibodies that are meant to fight cancer cells. Monoclonal antibodies are very novel and have saved countless lives on there own. However, because they are synthetic (read man made not human body made) cancers can potentially out manoeuvre it, hence the resistance that occurs. Sadly, often after the cancer adapts it makes light work of the patient thereafter with no therapy in place.
Herein lies the beauty of the polyclonal vaccines IMU produces, as the body creates the effective antibodies it also has the blueprint to adapt should the cancer cells mutate and change. That’s yet to be fully confirmed but had been seen clinically.
