Has anyone though about the possibility that Merck already thought about buying out IMU but their valuation of IMU vas way to small and their terms didn’t suit the IMU team so they pull out of the supply agreement and are now looking at other options and offering $40bil for something that is not as good as what IMU has. A very good possibility that this happened who knows.
