As a suburban GP in my civilian life I find your attitude to family doctors quite insulting. Haven't you heard of continuous professional development, or ongoing medical education which is actually mandatory for all GPs. You would be amazed at the volume of new medical developments which cross my desk every day. To think that with the assistance of the World Wide Web you are quite the medical expert is patronising and smug.
