Why do you keep focusing on those trades? There have been 6.6m shares traded today, almost all at below 10c and many were significant value trades.
Any corporate transactions that are pegged to the market capitalisation of a company are based on the Weighted Average Market Capitalisation, so a single 77c trade will have zero impact. Its just wrong to suggest that such a trade had a $4.75m effect on the MC of the company, so worrying about the algorithms is pointless.
The 6.6m will have some effect, and if you want to reverse that impact you need to:
a) get the company to report on trial progress; and
b) hope that the progress is positive.
