In addition, as posted by my good self recently, https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/media-thread.5677706/page-7011?post_id=64378474, one of Keytruda's combo trial with Alpine for colorectal cancer has failed due to safety issue. On the other hand, Hervaxx/Keytruda seems to be going fine with the great safety profile of Hervaxx. And for that trial, Hervaxx will be provided at double dosage of 100m to its previous trial. This will hopefully results in increased efficacy.
If the combo trial comes up with better outcome than Keytruda alone, a deal will definitely land. The combo itself will lend Keytruda a much needed boost to its moat against future biosims taking away its market share.
