I think you need to temper your expectations a little.
If CF33 was able to halt cancer progression for a time in a person who was riddled with fast growing metastases, who had progressed on multiple other therapies, that would be huge.
Remember that some of the more aggressive tumours grow and spread rapidly, the virus has a big task on it's hands. Eventually the immune system will clear the virus.
