An announcement of clearance for Dose escalation to Cohort 2 of the Vaxinia Combination study with Keytruda could have been expected from around April 23rd onwards, which was 51 days after the Announcement (on 3 March) that the first patients had been dosed in Cohort 1 of that trial. So the most likely next Announcement is Clearance of Cohort 1 in the Combo study and approval to move to Cohort 2. We are now 81 days from the announcement of first patient dosed in the Combo study.

@davybabyk IMO this holds the key. We are already hearing whispers this treatment is successful. As early as late 2022 Professor Yuman Fong was on late night US TV saying he was convinced Vaxinia would one day become human therapy, in combination with other therapies. He must have liked what he was seeing thus far. In March he was even more upbeat and confident during our shareholder roadshows. As you suggest, it's a patience game as we await this cohort clearance and any signs of efficacy. Imugene has stated they are focussing their attention toward the Vaxinia Trial, they mentioned this at the header of last weeks newsletter to shareholders. This is a trial with a large participation of patients against a broad spectrum of cancer indications. It has the structure to move into a fast track pathway with the FDA, and Dr Jakob Dupont is the man to get the job done. LC in Monday's webinar suggested this was their goal. In the recent "The Why" video YF highlighted the fact the FDA is all ears to progress these worthwhile immunotherapies forward. Now we await the all important data.

Yuman Fong peface's many of his speeches surrounding CF33 and Vaxinia by saying "iIt's no so far fetched to think we could create a virus that only kills cancer", before going on to discuss The Spansih Flu, cowpox, and the original oncolytic viruses which were far tooo toxic when administered to humans. The reality is that for many people this speech does not resonate, simply going in one ear and out the other. For most individuals I believe it is somewhat far fetched to suggest man could create a virus that only kills cancer. But now we are hearing of a virus, in Vaxinia, that does travel from solid tumour to solid tumour in patients, infecting only cancer cells, and therein leaving their healthy cells alone. We are hearing of tumours shrinking once infected with the virus. We are even visualising these results at exceptionally low doses of the drug.

The word on Professor Yuman Fong's wonder drug has not even touched the surface. Whilst most of us on these threads are aware of CF33 and Vaxinia, when we come across Imugene's media on social channels including FB, Twitter and the like, we see there are but a few likes and not many more views. Dr Nick Ede and Team Imugene are telling a good story, though the population at large are still unaware of the power of Vaxinia. Sooner rather than later they may be about to find out. I cannot wait, these are truly exciting times for patients, staff and all involved.
