Some posted a buyout multiple table for a range of biotech companies a while back.
Premium was very rarely more than 100%.
A buyout offer is while our MC is so undervalued is one of our biggest risks IMO.
Sure, most of us here on HC would vote NO for a cheap buyout.
But the big institutions often take the opportunity to lock in a return. And who knows whst kind of 'incentives' a pharma would offer large institutional SHs. Plus bonus payments to directors/management for endorsing a deal.
I can only hope our leadership team and large SHs and steadfast in their belief in the value of Imugene and in their ethics and integrity.
