What this ann really says is, forget the previous history of IMU they are now on another path with this C R and its funding request and so sorry about all of those SOI from previous non starters !!!
So imo what ever the C R amount is divide that by the SOI circa 7,000,000,000 and you get its present value plus the opportunity value ( what ever that is , remember its previous track record ) !!
Not good imo, not very good at all.
