    There will always be a place for surgery, in many cancers.
    Especially cancers in hollow organs, Stomach, colon etc. If the tumour has spread through all layers of the intestine, and the tumour is treated with pre operative chemotherapy, to downstage it, there is a risk of bowel perforation. Same would happen if all tumour is killed by CF33, it leaves a hole in the bowel. Would be safe though in early stage tumours, not spreading through all layers.
    I would expect ( when/if approved) , CF33 to be used in both neoadjuvant and adjuvant times, perhaps both, in some settings.
    (And yes, Yuman Fong is an acknowledged expert in laparoscopic robotic liver resection)
