Just maybe, she cannot ask for more performance shares in 2024 because what she did in 2023 was ask for 46 milllion over 4 years
She should get no more but if she does get her 46 mill performance shares then she should not be allowed to come back and ask for anymore for 4 years.
Then we can make a call based on whatever KPI's she has or has not hit. SH will be happy to look at that in 4 years' time as there should be enough data for us to then make a decision on how she performed
