I too would have preferred results and SH success prior to a handout, but just maybe, the next 12 months is heading a particular way, where they know that there will be no more knocks on the door of SH to get their performance bonuses,

I am just trying to think like I was in PH shoes, I hated the CR, but I still believe that the grander scheme will all fall in to place in due course.

It looks greedy, it smells greedy, but maybe, just maybe there are some solid reasonings behind this, what would appear, inappropriate request for performance shares. They deserve to be completely rewarded if all goes to plan, but sometimes the plan and timing of AGM's are just not aligned?

I say still greedy because when/if they leave or we get taken over/bought out.............both will be very well remunerated indeed.

We all hope there is a method to their madness.
