90% or more? Are you saying that if a person has a type of cancer that has available to them a treatment that is 85% likely to prolong their life or - that that treatment wouldn’t be considered efficacious enough? I don’t know but that seems hard to believe. I would imagine a treatment that is even 40% likely to help would be considered viable unless there was potentially great downside or risk to taking it, am I off here?
