I actually read your post just after I posted mine!! haha

It makes sense although I'll have to adjust my understanding of how the MAST trial dosing works, I thought that while a patient was getting a benefit from treatment ( even stable disease) that they would simply go on receiving treatment at the same dose level for as long as it worked.

I'm currently in a phase 1 for a new ADC, its helped me achieve an SD for over 12 months now but I still go on receiving infusions every 3 weeks. But this is an ADC, not an oncolytic virus, maybe the dosing works differently.

Also agree with what you and others have said about the promising results of the higher doses. There is ALOT of green and red on the right of this graph and alot of blue on the left :
